Annice Grinberg was born in Brooklyn, New York and went to schools in Brooklyn, Philadelphia PA and Bayside NY. She  studied at Queens College in Flushing NY where she received a BS in Mathematics.  She also did graduate studies at the City College of New York. Shortly thereafter Annice married Ira Grinberg. They will celebrate their 55th anniversary on 9/11/15.

Following their aliyah in 1980, she worked as a computer programmer at the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot until retirement. Annice is the chairperson of ESRA Rehovot.
